HOW  TO  ENROLL

Pre-registration is required for all FACE courses. Participants may enroll for the 2-day course by mail using the application form (click here for application form). Send the complete application and required tuition to:

Applications will be accepted on a first-received basis.

Upon receipt of the application and tuition, an acknowledgement of enrollment will be returned.
